The Express Slicer & Grater is perfect for stir fries, slicing potatoes for homemade chips and fruit for pies and tarts. It can easily help producing freshly grated hard cheeses for pizza and pasta as well as ground almond meal and spices for baking.
The Express Slicer & Grater simply slots into the attachment hub on the front of your Assistent stand mixer.
The rotor design allows you to grate and slice directly into a serving bowl.
The four durable stainless steel drums provide you with four different food prep functions.
