How to find your product number (PNC)

Need help finding your PNC code? Just follow these quick steps to locate it directly on your appliance.

Step 1: Choose your appliance

Select the type of appliance you want to find the PNC code for.

Step 2: Locate the rating plate

Use the image to see where the rating plate is located on your appliance.

The serial plate is located on the bottom of the vacuum cleaner.

Step 3: Read the product number on the plate

On the rating plate, locate the 11-digit number beside “Prod.No.”, that’s your PNC code.
